Further to our discussion, this will serve as a letter of Authorization for you and Station Avenue Productions to enter into negotiations as the exclusive buyer and producer on behalf of Pro-Football, Inc. and WFI Stadium, Inc., d/b/a The Washington Redskins and FedExField respectively
     While you are not authorized to sign any agreements on behalf of Pro-Football, Inc. or WFI Stadium, Inc. and I will be the only authorized signatory, please know that you have my implicit trust and support.
