I have been a little busy, so I apologize that we have not spoken since the event.   However, I would like to thank and congratulate you on a fine event.  For someone less dedicated than you, I bet we would have had to fight like hell just to get the bands to go on.  We appreciate your efforts on the day of the show, and also the excellent preparation on the days leading up to the show.
